BLUE KNIGHTS TX XX CHAPTER MEETING 7-15-10

Thursday, 7-15-10, the Blue Knights TX XX had it's July Chapter meeting at the Pioneer of Texas at 9th St/Broad. I did not take pictures inside during the meeting but I got pictures of most of those who attended outside when the meeting broke up. Scroll down and see who was there and REMEMBER: IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE PICTURES BIGGER, JUST CLICK ON THE PICTURE.

Tom arrives and just got off of work.

A couple of the bikes that were ridden to the meeting

The blue Harley belongs to our Chaplain, Curtis. Not sure who the black bike belongs to.

Here are Kyle & Amy at Amy's Harley Street Bob. In the background, Clint, in the red shirt, talks to John about his (John) new Street glide. Kyle is our Vice President, Clint is our quartermaster and John (gray shirt) is one of our Road captain./director's

No matter where we are or what we're doing, if Kyle & Amy is there, I always get a portrait shot of them. Here is Kyle & Amy

These are our newest members, Scotty and Kayla. This was their first meeting. I look forward to riding with them.

John and his new Harley Street Glide. John is very proud of that bike and he said he loves it. It's a good looking bike John. Ya done good! and that is Bobby in the dark grey shirt, looking John's bike over. Bobby also just bought a new street glide.

This is Shane & Jodi's bike.

Here is Curtis, our Chaplain, on his Ultra Classic.

The red bike is Buddy's new ride. The blue bike is Ron's bike and the bike on the far end is Mark's bike

I got called over to Mark's bike. Seems this bird really likes Marks bike because it is sitting right up front on the gas cap cover,

The bird on Mark's bike. Maybe it's a female and wants some of that gold from off the gas cap cover..

Mark walks to his bike and sees the bird. Mark said the bird was his burglar alarm and attack pigeon..

Here is Buddy with his new Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager. I almost got one of those but I saw my Harley and bought it. The Vulcan is running a 1700 cc engine and has just about everything than the Harley Ultra Classic has but is a few thousand dollars cheaper.

Here is Ron at his bike. He also picked up an application to join our Chapter of Blue Knights. I really look forward to Ron riding with us. Ron & I also attend the same Church, the Broken Chains Freedom Church in Wichita Falls Texas. Mark, next to Ron's bike, is getting the bird off his bike

A pic of Ron's gas tank and Hyper Charger. Ron says since his bike is EFI, he didn't have to rejet the carb and that he can tell the power increase with the hyper charger.

This is Shane and his wife, Jodi. Shane is a friend of Kyle and my son Matt. He hopes to get into our Chapter as an Honorary member and start riding with us. I look forward to him and Jodi riding with us.

I enjoyed tonight's Blue Knights TX XX meeting and meeting our new members Scotty & Kayla and future honorary members, Shane & Lori.
